Toyota BJ44 Land Cruiser  (Japanese Market Only)

This 1981 Toyota Land Cruiser is a right-hand drive Japanese-market hardtop 4×4 powered by a 3.2L diesel inline-four mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. The truck is finished in white over striped cloth upholstery and has been in the country for about six months, during which it has been driven approximately 500 miles making a total of about 117,507 KM or roughly only 73,015 miles (may go up slightly)

The rare Luxury-Package offers features like rare striped seats, white OEM wheels and chrome trim.
This is a very solid Land Cruiser and drives extremely well and tight.
I am offering this up for sale locally before I list it on eBay. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. I am happy to show it and am typically available during the day and some evenings.

Pros-
-This is one of the most rare Land Cruisers available making it very collectible
-Being the Luxury edition it came equipped with the rare striped interior and chrome trim
-Also was equipped with factory power steering
-Suspension feels tight and drives very nice compared to all other Land Cruisers of its age that I have driven
-Starts right up every time without hesitation
-The body is very solid and I have not seen any sign of significant corrosion currently or any that has been previously repaired
-The transmission shifts smooth and functions just as it should
-The transfer case functions just as it should and the front diff knob on the dash as well as the shifter for 2H and 4L all work perfectly
Cons-
-The winch is currently not working
-Only one of the fog lights is currently working and one of the fog light rock guard fell off and I was unable to locate it
-It does have some cracks in the paint here and there, mostly around the seam where the top half and bottom half of the body meet but there are a few other places like the front left fender and fuel door (please see pictures)
-The radio does not currently work and I have not investigated why but may be just the deck
-The interior rear view mirror is cracked
-The exterior fender mirrors are in good shape but have minor cracking in the mirror housing
-The carpet in the back is more like astro turf and although durable, it is a little rough and seems to be a bit brittle from age.  If the buyer would like I can do a custom carpet kit at an additional charge before it ships out.
Driver seat has tear on the side (could be repaired without recovering whole cushion)
This is not a perfect Land Cruiser but is a very nice driver and someone will absolutely love having a very proper, very rare diesel medium wheelbase Land Cruiser that was only offered new to the Japanese Market from my understanding.
