1971 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 series with all body parts taken apart, sand blasted and immediately primed for better rust protection (primed, sealed and painted with high quality paint), in fact ¾ of the body is new due that the original one was not worthy to repair. The whole frame was sand blasted and immediately primed and painted with Professional black color to give it a nice finish. Undercarriage was completely black rubberized undercoated to prevent even more rust issues. Inside has our already trade mark tinted liner in order to give this vehicle excellent noise insulation and rust prevention.
Bolts, washers and nuts were replaced for full threatened Stainless Steel, and all those other pieces that we did not replace for stainless steel, were restored, plated or painted as needed. The chassis has a complete new Old Man Emu suspension including new shocks, leaf springs, hangers, shackles, steering stabilizer and tie rod ends.
