This is an excellent example of an OJ55 Crew Cab Bandeirante. This platform has been highly sought after ever since an extremely limited production of similar ones out in California. This is a true Brazilian built vehicle, but its very similar to the American 45 series. Vehicle will be sold with a clear Alabama title.

The powertrain consists of a Mercedes “OM314” 3.9 liter 4 cylinder diesel engine, which came in these trucks from the Sao Paulo factory. We upgraded this truck to a five speed manual to allow for better drivability over the stock 4 speed. It has full floating rear end, and 4wd works great. This truck received a full restoration a few years prior and the opportunity came up to reacquire it from the owner.  A minor restoration was performed after the reacquisition in order to rejuvenate it and make it ready for its new potential owner.  The interior is in excellent shape with forced fresh air, heat, and defrost. The four doors shut tight and lock perfectly.

We refinished and retained the factory steel 16″ Borlem of Brazil wheels which look great keep that “authentic” look to the truck. Paint is in very good condition with minor chips and scratches here and there. Absolutely rust free truck with addition undercarriage pictures upon request.

This truck has been completely gone through buy a certified mechanic and has a clean bill of health. These miles are nothing on this motor, which has found its way into, Unimogs, Buses, and Service Trucks. The unique history behind the Bandeirante and even more so, this body style make this truck a great find here in the USA.
