1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 If you’re looking for a Landcruiser then this is the one to buy, restored about 4 years ago, no rust to be found! Cold a/c, hot heat, power steering and power front disc brakes. brand new tires and wheels. Just had $4,142 spent on: Battery, alternator, u-joints, engine drive belts, oil change, tires, wheels (including the spare) and front end alignment on 12-05-2018. Runs, drives, handles and stops great! drive anywhere, anytime. New paint, glass, rubbers and felts. This is one of the cleanest FJ’s I’ve ever seen.

1978 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser Frame off restoration
LOVE THE MUSTARD!!! 1978, the last year of the classic round bezel and most sought after in those models. The restoration started with a cosmetic overhaul after all mechanical checks and maintenance. The whole truck was torn down piece by piece and attended to. The rear tub was replaced with an aluminum aqualu tub upgrade ($5000)……no worries of ever rusting! (The FJ tubs were susceptible to rust especially at the rocker panels and rear quarters due to poor quality sheet metal.) All new Toyota OEM replacements were used when available. This blue 1976 FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser has been fully restored. This super clean FJ40 is currently for sale on eBay The tub was taken off the frame and all parts were etched and recoated. The inside of the tub was lined with matching blue liner, the underside of the tub and springs were stripped and sandblasted, and coated with p.o.r.-15. the wheels were also sandblasted. Everything has been either replaced, stripped and recoated, or rebuilt.
